The following definitions will apply in the Terms and Conditions agreement:

6. The right to advertise content in an Advertising Box on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website, but not own any part of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website: “Own”, “Owned”
7. To purchase the right to advertise content in an Advertising Box on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website, but not purchase any part of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website: “Purchase”, “Purchased”
8. The party that purchases the right to advertise content in an Advertising Box on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website: “Owner(s)”
You are bound to the following Terms and Conditions upon accessing the Greatest Poker Rooms Website at www.greatestpokerrooms.com. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, so please check them regularly for updates and changes.
1. Purchasing an Advertising Box
1.1 Each Advertising Box on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website may be Purchased at any time, regardless of whether it is empty or Owned by another company or organization.
1.2 You may Purchase an Advertising Box that is currently Owned by another company or organization at any point as long as You meet the current price requirements set out by the Greatest Poker Rooms Website.
1.3 You MUST be a member of or be affiliated with and have permission from an established and recognized online casino or poker room to Purchase an Advertising Box on this Website.
2. Refund of Initial Purchase
2.1 In the event that someone Purchases the Advertising Box that You had previously Owned, You will receive a FULL REFUND of Your initial Purchase deposit (i.e. the initial amount that You paid for the Advertising Box including tax). This implies that if You post content on this Website for any period of time and another company or organization Purchases Your Advertising Box, Your initial Purchase amount will be returned in full and You have essentially advertised on the Greatest Poker Rooms Site for FREE.
2.2 Any outstanding amount that you have been refunded will stay on your account balance at Greatest Poker Rooms Website. This amount is displayed in the "Available funds" field at the top of every page and will be used towards your next purchase. You may contact us any time to request the amount shown in "Available funds" field to be sent to you via Certified Cheque or Money Order.
3. Rights to the Advertising Box
3.1 With the Purchase of an Advertising Box, You do not Own any part of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website. You are paying for the right to advertise content on the Greatest Poker Rooms Site.
4. Uploading and Changing Content in an Advertising Box
4.1 Upon purchasing an Advertising Box, there will be a small waiting period for Your Purchase to be processed and the content You wish to place inside the Advertising Box to be approved by the Greatest Poker Rooms administration team.
4.2 Content will be uploaded to the Advertising Box as soon as Your Purchase has been processed and the content that You wish to place inside the Advertising Box has been approved by Us under the Content Terms and Requirements found in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions agreement. We will attempt to approve content as quickly as possible.
4.3 Content in Your Advertising Box may be changed or altered at any point, given that there may be a small waiting period required for approval time of the new content You wish to upload.
5. Content Terms and Requirements
5.1 Content placed in the Advertising Box must reasonably fit the size of the Advertising Box.
5.2 Content in the Advertising Box must not be offensive, obscene or detrimental to the Greatest Poker Rooms Website or the content of any other Advertising Box.
5.3 Content in the Advertising Box must be in JPEG/GIF format (no PNG). Content may not contain any animation.
5.4 The content that may be placed inside an Advertising Box must strictly advertise only recognized and reputable Casino or Poker Rooms. The Greatest Poker Rooms Website reserves the right to refuse content that does not clearly advertise a Casino or Poker Room.
5.5 The administration team of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website reserves the right to disapprove or remove any content that it finds offensive, obscene or detrimental to the Website or to the content of any other Advertising Box.
5.6 In case the content is much smaller than the Advertising Box or creates a unappealing look to the Greatest Poker Rooms Website, the administration team holds the right to disapprove the content, and will notify the Owner to provide content that complies with the content Terms and Requirements.
6. Obscene/Unacceptable Content in Advertising Boxes
6.1 Obscene content of any kind will be strictly prohibited. All content placed in the Advertising Box will be screened under the Content Terms and Requirements in Section 5 and the Owner will be notified to replace or remove any content deemed obscene or unacceptable by Us. This includes foul language, adult images or links or any other offensive content.
6.2 In the case that obscene or unacceptable content is uploaded to the Greatest Poker Rooms Website, the content will be removed without Your consent and You will be asked to provide Us with content that meets the Content Terms and Requirements in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions agreement.
7. Length of Operation of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website
7.1 We guarantee that the Greatest Poker Rooms Website will be functional and operational until the year 2015. The goal is to keep the Website functional indefinitely into the future.
8. Restrictions on Maximum Purchase
8.1 The maximum number of Advertising Boxes that may be Purchased per company or organization is 10. Exceptions will apply only through email request.
9. Copyright Notice
9.1 You may not copy, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, edit, publish, download or record any of the images, logos, pictures or any other content on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website.
9.2 You may not use any of the content, concepts or ideas on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website for any commercial purposes.
10. Your use of the Website
10.1 You will not use the Website to support, encourage or carry out any criminal activity.
10.2 You will use the Website solely for Your own personal use.
10.3 You will not attempt to defraud, harm or damage the Greatest Poker Rooms Site or any other company or organization that Owns an Advertising Box.
10.4 You will only create only one user account for You own personal use of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website.
10.5 You will not attempt to breach the security measures of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website, or attempt to access the accounts of other companies or organizations on the Greatest Poker Rooms Website.
11. Our Liabilities
11.1 We do not accept any liability for damage that may be caused to Your company, organization, private property or any other type of damage during Your visit or use of the Greatest Poker Rooms Website.

14. Severance
14.1 The Terms and Conditions all apply independently of each other. Visitors must comply to all Terms and Conditions. All of the Terms are presented and constructed independently of each other and Visitors must comply with each of the Terms and Conditions in the agreement.
